Cancellations and Refunds

Please review how cancellations, reschedules, and payment issues are handled for City Fest bookings.

General policy

  • All pass sales are final once issued. Transfers or name changes are not guaranteed and may require organizer approval.
  • Bookings are tied to the guest details provided during checkout. Please review them carefully before paying.

If the event is cancelled

  • If City Fest is fully cancelled, we will notify you using your booking email/phone and share the refund process.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method per gateway timelines after deducting unavoidable payment processing fees (if any).

If the event is rescheduled

  • Your pass remains valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend, contact support@cityfest.in within 7 days of the announcement.
  • Eligibility for a refund in reschedule scenarios will be reviewed case by case and depends on venue and vendor constraints.

Payment issues

  • If your payment is debited but you did not receive confirmation, email festgoindia@gmail.com with the transaction reference and the phone/email used during booking.
  • Successful refunds will be initiated to the original payment method; credit timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.

Partial closure or on-ground changes

  • Operational changes (seating adjustments, zone re-mapping, artist changes) may occur for safety or regulatory reasons.
  • If a purchased section is unavailable, we will attempt an equivalent alternative. If that is not feasible, we will outline available refund or move options.

How to request help

  • Email support@cityfest.in with your order ID, payment reference, and registered contact details.
  • Include screenshots or bank references for faster resolution. Typical first response time is within one business day.
