Terms and Conditions

Please review these terms before purchasing or using City Fest passes. By completing a booking, you agree to these conditions.

Ticket purchase

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation.
  • Please verify quantities, section, and guest details before checkout; changes may be limited later.

Event access

  • Entry requires a valid government ID matching the guest name(s) submitted during booking.
  • Passes are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the organizer in writing.
  • Re-entry may be restricted. Follow on-ground signage and staff guidance.

Conduct and safety

  • Abusive behavior, harassment, or violence will result in removal without refund.
  • Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and hazardous materials.
  • Follow venue safety protocols. Bag checks and frisking may be conducted for security.

Food and beverage

  • Inclusions depend on the ticket type/section selected. Details are shown during checkout.
  • Alcohol service requires valid proof of legal drinking age as per local law.

Payments

  • Payments are processed via approved gateways. Ensure accurate contact details for receipts.
  • If a payment is debited but you do not receive confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference.

Event changes

  • The organizer may reschedule, change the lineup, or adjust sections for safety or operational reasons.
  • If the event is cancelled, refunds (if any) will follow the Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

Liability

  • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings; the organizer is not liable for loss or theft.
  • Attendance is at your own risk. Follow staff instructions in case of emergencies.

Photography and media

  • By attending, you consent to photography and videography at the event and reasonable use of such media for event promotion.
  • Professional cameras or recording equipment may require prior approval.
