- Section booked (Diamond, Gold, Silver, or General) and ticket type
- Order or payment reference if available
- Brief description of the issue (refund, payment, QR/pass, seating, etc.)
For urgent issues on event day (entry, QR/pass issues, seating), head to the on-site help desk at the main entry so we can resolve it immediately.
